2022-2023 Rock Hill Football Player Registration

Player Registration Fees are for every player in the Rock Hill Football Program and are used to cover season costs for players which include:

Player pregame meals for each game
Player nutrition snacks and drinks
Annual player team gameday shirt/s
Advanced HUDL services
End of year player banquets
Spring Game T Shirt
Spring Game Meal and Drinks

* 4 Installment Payment Plan Available until August 31, 2022. Payments every 2 weeks, choose Afterpay in the Checkout Menu.

2024-2025 Blue Crew Liability Waiver/Acknowledgement Prosper Independent School District I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur to my student while participating in Blue Crew activities and events related to Rock Hill Varsity Football and Prosper ISD. In consideration of Prosper ISD allowing my child to participate in the Rock Hill Varsity Football program via the Blue Crew, the receipt of which is acknowledged. I release and waive all claims / or my student may have against Prosper ISD, its Board of Trustees, employees, agents, and representatives resulting, in whole or part, from my student participating in said activities and events, including but not limited to claims of negligence, whether sole, joint, contributory or otherwise, against Prosper ISD or claims against Prosper ISD arising under the Texas Torts Claims Liability Act. The release and waiver will be binding on my heirs, legatees, administrators, successors and assigns. By signing this electronically, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the 2023-2024 Blue Crew Liability Waiver & Participation Form.
